Big bird flew right over my head (about 100ft up).  Don't think it was a hawk - guess it was a buzzard.
Sunday January 13th.  Christmas is pretty much over.  It's a beautiful day and Joanie and I had no plans.  In the Afternoon - we decided to go hawk hunting.  We loaded the car with Ricky Dog, the digital camera and the digital camcorder and headed out to Harlem Road.  We saw a lot more hawks than we got on film (storage media) - but the sunset really stole the show.
Think this is a herron - it was at the corner of 1464 and Beechnut
Got this hawk with the camcorder at the little park on harlem road.  Camera was zoomed to the max (maybe 1000ft away).
This hawk was at the first bend on Madox road.  Again - Max Zoom.  He flew off as we approached.
